Neal: I have been privileged to work with many inspirational leaders in my career and Neal is from the top drawer.  He has a unique ability to form the correct helicopter view of any organisation and precisely identify its issues and solutions in a manner that preserves dignity for team members and offers growth and empowerment for colleagues to take positive steps in the correct direction.  This is performed in a humble and determined manner at all times.

Neal has successfully mentored me twice in my career allowing me on both occasions to take my next steps in leadership.

If you need a highly experienced educational leader to provide a new perspective on your school setting Neal would be your ideal choice.

Bec: First of all, Bec lives and breathes education. In all school settings when a challenge arises Bec identifies opportunities for professional growth for team members.  Bec is a protagonist who challenges leaders to confront the real issues in front of them and find solutions.  In delivering CPD, as we always require of teachers, Bec finds the baseline of organisations and learners and takes them on individual development journeys.  A unique talent that always provides value in every setting.

NRM Education: To take NRM Education, Neal and Bec, into your school you are guaranteed to receive a highly personalised professional service leaving your school in a far better position to take on the challenges of your setting and put it on the correct improvement path.  With the varied cultural, international and social experiences they have they can arrive at any school ready to understand the community stakeholders and provide value from the first minute.

Neal’s analytical and practical approaches to school development, leadership coaching and mentoring continue to be evident amongst those whom he influenced during his UAE adventure.

Albert Benny - Principal,

Goroka International School, Papua New Guinea

I have worked with Bec Maxwell when I was a serving as a teacher at Lae International School from the year 2019 – 2021. Lae International School is owned and operated by the International Education Agency (IEA) of Papua New Guinea. At that time she was the IEA Schools Advisor based in Lae and travelled throughout all the IEA schools in Papua New Guinea providing support in teaching, learning and educational leadership. I have had the privilege of being mentored by her. Bec is a very inspirational educational leader and through her mentorship and guidance, I have been promoted to the position as Acting Deputy Principal at Lae International School for 8 months and then to the position as Principal of another IEA school here in Papua New Guinean of which I am serving at the moment. It is a success for me in a short span of time during my career with the IEA but this achievement would not have been possible without the mentorship that I have received from Bec. Mrs Bec Maxwell (now Dr Bec) is highly qualified and has vast experience in educational leadership. She has travelled to many different countries around the world, educating children as well as providing mentorship to educational leaders. She has provided training to many teachers in the IEA on educational leadership who also have their own success story of being mentored by Bec. I hope that my testimony will motivate and encourage others to participate in her leadership development programs.

Bec: I had the honor of working closely with Bec Maxwell at Anfield International School. I was the SENCO and she was my Principal. I learned more from her mentorship than at any other time as a professional educator. As a leader, Bec strives to make personal and meaningful connections. This springs from the depthless well of caring that she has for her students and staff. I have never felt so valued, as a professional educator, by an administrator as I did with Bec. The innate knowledge, systematic and logical approach to leadership, and empathetic intuition she brings to the workplace raise everyone to the highest level of professionalism for the betterment of all staff, students, and stakeholders. Bec knows education inside and out and seeks to continually develop her leadership skills to stay on the cutting edge of educational best practices. Bec has an uncanny ability to see a situation and know exactly what is needed and how to implement the changes for the desired outcomes. NRM Education is the best choice to bring all of this and more to your educational environment.

Lee Beresford BSc.Ed, M.Ed - former Secondary Principal, Aqaba International School, Jordan

As the CEO/Executive Principal of the school Neal’s knowledge of international education enabled him to provide the organisation with in-depth, comprehensive knowledge of educational leadership, including organisational development, marketing, staff and student recruitment.  His aim as CEO was to ensure the needs of a school aligned with the educational development of the pupils.

I found Neal to be personable and extremely professional.  His skills, knowledge and abilities combined with his calm manner, integrity and discretion empowered him to lead, support and advise in a professional unbiased manner.

Dr Amos Lyso

former Vice Principal,

Yew Chung International Secondary School, Hong Kong

Neal Maxwell is an incredibly learning focused leader and educator. Working with him as my Principal while I was a VP, he stretched my thinking, invited me into opportunities that challenged and developed me as a leader, and always supported me through my own learnings and questions. Looking back on that time, I see Neal as a key mentor in my development as a school leader.

Bec Maxwell designed and led a middle leader training course for our developing teacher leaders at YCIS-HK.  She was able to personalize the course to our context, having identified 5 key components of leadership that would be most impactful for rising leaders. Our teachers found this course to be both thought provoking and very practically applicable.

Caroline - Co-Owner/ Manager

Inner West Kids Preschool

Sydney, Australia

Dr Bec Maxwell came to Inner West Kids Preschool and worked with the leadership team to develop a professional learning proposal that met the needs of our service. Our goal was for the whole staff to share a common vision and language. She then prepared a professional development program that included one-on-one work with each educator and whole staff development. Dr Maxwell introduced companion documents that supported and extended our educational journey. She will also continue to support us through video conferences during staff meetings and leadership meetings. Our educators found the professional development to be informative and professionally invigorating. We are looking forward to our next steps in our professional learning journey.
